Spring has sprung and so have my seasonal issues. Thankfully I have essential oils to help. The oils I find most helpful are lemon, lavender, and peppermint. You can use these oils in three different ways.
The first way is by ingesting a few drops of each of these oils. I personally only ingest Young Living essential oils because I know they are pure and free of additives and have been approved by the FDA for ingestion. Young Living has an entire line of Vitality oils that are safe for ingestion. If you’re going to use a different brand of oils, make sure you do your research first.
Seasonal Support Capsule
Ingredients
- 3 Drops Lavender Vitality Essential Oil
- 3 Drops Lemon Vitality Essential Oil
- 3 Drops Peppermint Essential Oil
- Vegetable Capsules
Instructions
- Add essential oils to the vegetable capsule. If you prefer to make the capsules in bulk, you can freeze them. You’ll want to use them within two weeks. Take as needed.
You can order vegetable capsules from Amazon or from Young Living.
The second way you can use essential oils for seasonal support is by putting them in a glass roller bottle and roll across the bridge of nose, forehead and behind the ears as needed. Just be careful to keep it away from your eyes.
Seasonal Support Roller
Ingredients
- 10 Drops Lavender Essential Oil
- 10 Drops Lemon Essential Oil
- 10 Drops Peppermint Essential Oil
- Fractionated Coconut Oil or other Carrier Oil
- 10 ml Glass Roller Bottle
Instructions
- Add essential oils to the roller bottle. Fill the rest of the way with fractionated coconut oil. Shake and roll across the bridge of the nose, across the forehead and behind ears as needed.
