Sugar Scrub

I use sugar scrub all year round. It’s so easy to make. I use it on dry chapped winter hands, chapped lips, cracked heels and feet, and freshly shaved legs. This will leave your skin feeling silky and smooth. It makes a lovely gift!

I like to use 4 oz jelly jars, but any jar will work. I prefer sweet almond oil over fractionated coconut oil for this recipe, but that’s just my personal preference.

Sugar Scrub

Ingredients

  • 10 Drops Essential Oil (Stress Away, Grapefruit, Lemon, or Lavender are nice)
  • Sweet Almond Oil
  • Sugar
  • Glass Jar (4 oz works great)

Instructions

  • Fill the jar almost all the way with sugar. Add essential oils and enough sweet almond oil to soak the mixture. Stir it together and add more sugar or almond oil if needed. Adding almond oil to the top helps keep the sugar moist.
