Lemon Hummus
You’ll Need:
– 1 can chickpeas
– ¼ cup of chickpea liquid (add a little more if you want it to be smoother)
– 2 tablespoons tahini
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves of garlic minced
– Salt- to taste
– cumin to taste
– 1-2 Drops YL Lemon essential oil (you can add more depending on your preference)
Directions:
Drain the chickpeas, but keep the liquid. Add chickpeas, chickpea liquid, tahini, olive oil, garlic, salt, and cumin to a food processor. Process until it is smooth. Add the lemon essential oil and taste. Add more oil or cumin if desired.
