Lemon Yogurt

You’ll Need:
– homemade or store-bought Greek yogurt
– 1 drop YL Lemon essential oil
– brown sugar or honey to taste

Directions:
Stir one drop of Lemon essential oil into Greek yogurt. Sprinkle brown sugar or stir in honey to taste.
